Lima Bean and Eggplant Seeds!

SHOPPING TIP: It’s true, I find it difficult to resist a bargain. I was at my local 99 Cents Only store within the half hour, looking to buy something else, when I eyed the seeds display.  Lo and behold, I found vegetable seeds of vegetables that I really enjoy, lima beans and eggplant. The price is really good: 9 packets of seeds for the princely sum of $0.9999. Yay!

It is really tempting to buy up the whole lot of seeds in the display, but exercising some restraint, I knew that there were seeds for vegetables that I do not eat very much or care for. Keeping in mind which vegetables that I actually eat and the quantity of the vegetables that I actually eat makes it an easy decision. I often shop at this store for seeds before going to my garden or home improvement store.

I’ve grown the Black Beauty eggplant before (from seeds purchased from this same store), but this is my first attempt at growing lima beans, and I really enjoy lima beans! They will both be planted in containers.
