Succulents: From Seed!

As mentioned in my previous post, I will be installing a succulent garden in my backyard. It’s in its embryonic stage, but during my course of investigating ways to create such a garden without chopping up all of my existing succulents and to do it on the cheap, I found a website, based in Canada, that sells succulent seeds! Here it is:

Until now, I’ve propagated my succulents exclusively through the use of cuttings from more mature plants. Now, I can propagate these plants with seeds!

A visitor to this blog recently asked about where to find such seeds. Ah, that’s perfect timing! Now I have not yet purchased from them, but I’m not really aware of other companies that do this. If readers of this blog know of other companies that sell succulent seeds, please let me know what they are and I’ll post that information on this blog. Until then, if you have purchased succulent seeds through the above company, do kindly please let  me know about your experience. I love recommending good companies!

  1. One place you can find succulent seeds is from the Cactus and Succulent Society, but you have to know the name of what you need (no pics). 2 dollars a package, plus S & H. Check them out.
